Do Men Dislike Cellulite On Women?

    Hi,

We all hate our cellulite affected skin. Dimples really, really makes us go nut, and cellulite is the biggest enemy of most women. If worse, it can even make us hate shorts and beach together with a good company. But is it really something that is not only seen by us, but obvious to others? Do other people, especially men, care about dimples on ladies?

Well, this question is something that is of interest. So, I made a simple poll and collected their opinions.

    The questions were these:

    1. Do you know what is cellulite?
    2. Is it really that bad to have dimples?

    .
The answers were really interesting - some of them very funny. Here they are:

    4 Diet Mistakes To Avoid

Some people never reach their goal of losing some weight or just become healthier. And this is not because they do something wrong or fail at some point of the process. This is because they just do not have the right attitude, not even knowing it.

There are 4 common reasons why most of us just do not get to the point of our ideal body:

    1. Perfectionism

When aiming for the ideal body, you do not have to be ideal. We are all people and it is really impossible to be perfect. You CAN drink sodas, eat pizzas and chocolate - just not as often as before. Getting to your dream body is a gradual process - it does not work as all-or-nothing principle. You might face huge difficulties if starting a perfect lifestyle just one day - all at the same time. Big risk is that you might not keep up with the process for a long period and just quit - well, this costs too much: time, energy and disappointment. Quit the bad foods gradually, do not stress your body - start reducing one soda a day, or one hamburger in 3 days and so on. Stress is not good for the body nor the mind. Keep it slow and you will achieve the best results. Then you might become perfect!

Cellulite Solutions. Bonnie Kaye, CBS News

    Hi there,

There was a fitness expert talking about cellulite reduction on CBS News. The lady says there are ways we can really reduce our dimples, and she is talking abou the most important techniques: massage, healthy diet and exercise.

The fitness expert says any type of massage actually works, sometimes giving very temporary results, but still. However, the massage works best using the technique that sucks the fat up and pushes it out at the same time.

    Watch the video.

Detoxify Your Body To Reduce Cellulite

Detox as a body cleansing process has been known for ages. It helps to discharge the trapped fats, help shrink cellulite fat cells, flush out toxins and all the waste from the body and the skin. If done correctly, detoxification can even prevent or heal some diseases and clean the mind. Body detox is not only necessary for people who want to lose some weight or reduce skin dimples, but for everyone of us, to clean our body.

A body detox helps to reduce the puffy look of the face and the flabby upper arms.

Detox should be practiced once or twice a year to maintain good body and skin condition.

There are two ways to detoxify your body:

    1. Internal way: with a proper diet and nutrition;
    2. External way: with body treatment procedures such as Body Wrapping or SPA treatments. Exercising is also a way to flush away toxins through sweat.

What To Do When Exercising Does Not Work

I get questions lately about why some women keep exercising for several months and still do not see the desired results: some parts of the body get slimmer and cellulite gets less visible, and some remain the same even after long hours of exercising for months.

    Why is it so?

Our body and muscles get used to the same exercising regime and the progress is slower than it should be. When working on fitness, fat levels get smaller with time, but some areas like buttocks and thighs are more problematic than other in women bodies. So it takes longer to see results on them.

4 Reasons Why Exercise Is Hard Sometimes

Some days you feel like you are absolutely not ready for exercising. Your loved 5 pound hand weights seem to weight 20 pounds, and the road you are used to run every morning, seem to be 2 miles longer than usual. Why is it so? Here are some reasons, and ways to avoid this.

    1. Overtraining

If you worked too hard on exercising yesterday, today you might feel the side-effect: you feel weak and not ready for workouts. You should rest for some time or reduce the workout intensity. Do not overtrain again with too hard exercise series.

    2. Feeling sleepy

Lack of sleep can be obvious when starting your workout - you just feel like you do not have enough energy for that. You should sleep at least 7 or 8 hours a night, and even more after harder and more intense exercises - the body needs to get enough rest.
