Cellulite Solutions. Bonnie Kaye, CBS News
Hi there,
There was a fitness expert talking about cellulite reduction on CBS News. The lady says there are ways we can really reduce our dimples, and she is talking abou the most important techniques: massage, healthy diet and exercise.
The fitness expert says any type of massage actually works, sometimes giving very temporary results, but still. However, the massage works best using the technique that sucks the fat up and pushes it out at the same time.
Endermologie and Liposuction are covered by another expert on the video - although the procedures are invasive and cost some big money, nobody can guarantee that your cellulite will go away forever. There are things you have to work on all the time tmaintain your good results after the invasive cellulite reduction procedure.
One procedure lasts about 35 minutes and they say you should repeat the procedures twice a week from 2 to 4 months to see best results. However, to see changes, you need about 14 procedures, which may cost about 2000 dollars. But - once you stop, it comes back if you are not having a good combination of diet and exercise.
However, cellulite is a natural part of a women`s body - so you actually devote to work on it as much as you have energy. The fitness expert says it`s genetic, so there is no way we can absolutely get rid of cellulite, but we can really reduce it to minimum.
From my experience, I would agree with her - I have my cellulite invisible, nobody knows I got it, and this is because I keep working on the right things all the time to have my skin looking smooth and tight.
