Detoxify Your Body To Reduce Cellulite
Detox as a body cleansing process has been known for ages. It helps to discharge the trapped fats, help shrink cellulite fat cells, flush out toxins and all the waste from the body and the skin. If done correctly, detoxification can even prevent or heal some diseases and clean the mind. Body detox is not only necessary for people who want to lose some weight or reduce skin dimples, but for everyone of us, to clean our body.

Detox should be practiced once or twice a year to maintain good body and skin condition.
There are two ways to detoxify your body:

Just start doing all the best you can for a week, and repeat this course several times a year. You will see yourself more energized and fresh, and this can be a great start for a new lifestyle! After the detox week, switch to your normal regime gradually.

External Detox
External detox is a way to clean the body from the outside. It can be done by:
- massageing and scrubbing the skin - thishelps improve metabolism and flush out all the waste;
- body wrapping procedures - if you have tried them, you know they work like miracle!
- going to a sauna - it should not be used too often, though, but helps to clean the body by sweating;

By combining internal and external detox, you will double the effect: a good nutrition together with the right exercises will stimulate the elimination process which will help to detox you body faster, as well as increase circulation and metabolism. As toxins are flushed away, the high quality nutrients are absorbed more efficiently.
