FitFlops - get a workout when you walk!
.Remember when I talked about anti cellulite flip flops which also work like a workout for your legs? Just wanted to say that I ordered a pair! Can`t wait to get them! I thought, why not to wear them, since they are so promising. You wear some kind of flip flops anyway, so why not to try something that has some added value?
These, called FitFlops, have a uniquely built multi-density midsole which activates muscles midstep to help tone thighs, calves and glutes. They are also said to absorb shock and lessen joint strain. Every step in the FitFlop helps tone and trim your legs.
.
I read a bunch of reviews on these FitFlops, and they all give 5 stars to these flops. Many FitFlops lovers say that:
- wearing them their feet never get tired, even if walking for the whole day
- these FitFlops make the legs work harder during walking and work to tone the thighs and buttocks
- they lost inches!
- they felt kind of tightness in their calves after walking for about 15 minutes - that makes me think they are working
- FitFlops improve blood circulation, balance and posture
- they are absolutely comfortable
- FitFlops is the best investment for someone with chronic back pain from walking.
Some people also claim to relief of back pain after a few days of wearing FitFlops.
.
Additional information that I gathered:
- They challenge and stimulate hard-to-reach muscles
- They activate one of the largest muscles in our thigh - rectus femoris
- Wearing FitFlops gives a barefoot feeling while giving a workout during walking
- FitFlops make it easier to stay in shape
.
According to the reviews, just by wearing a pair of Fit Flops, you will get more exercise than if wearing regular shoes. I will give them a try - hope they work very well, because they are not the cheapest ones

Fitflops DO NOT work… Also they had a special on them on Dateline and acually proved using pediotrists that they are bad for you.

Dear Bri,
Thanks for your opinion. I myself wear these flops every day or so - and I really love them. I feel like I was having some exercise after a longer walk - and this is good if there is no time left to do some sports at the end of the day.
I do not know what the pediatricians are saying, though. But in most cases I believe it is best for you what you feel is best, regardless of what others are saying.
