Pineapple Recipes For Cellulite Reduction
Pineapple is an almighty fruit for a healthy nutrition and a fabulous source of vitamins. It is very juicy and if eaten every morning before breakfast, pineapple increases metabolism - twice as good!
Here are some delicious pineapple food recipes for your healthy diet:
Cold Pineapple soup
Makes 4 servings.
Cut 1 small pineapple, 1 melon and 2 kiwifruits in pieces.
Put everything in a blender. Pour half a cup of pineapple and half a cup of orange juice, also 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Mix everything together.
Pour the soup into bowls, add some dills and a bit of salt.
Pineapple Salsa Sauce
Cut a pineapple in half. Cut one half into 1 inch pieces and add some salt. Grill for about 6 minutes both sides.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of red onion and coriander, one chopped paprika, 2 lemons juice and the other half of chopped pineapple.
Serve with grilled pineapple pieces and grilled meat.
Pineapple Sause
In a bowl, mix 2 cups of pineapple juice, 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of honey.
You can prepare 4 pieces of chicken breast with this sause.
