What To Do When Exercising Does Not Work
I get questions lately about why some women keep exercising for several months and still do not see the desired results: some parts of the body get slimmer and cellulite gets less visible, and some remain the same even after long hours of exercising for months.
Why is it so?
Our body and muscles get used to the same exercising regime and the progress is slower than it should be. When working on fitness, fat levels get smaller with time, but some areas like buttocks and thighs are more problematic than other in women bodies. So it takes longer to see results on them.
What to do?
You have to change the steady regime every four weeks: choose exercises with heavier weights, repeat them for more times or just switch the exercises. Add one strength exercise for the bottom of the body to weekly exercise schedule. Start with squats or thrusts, then exercise some movements for several muscle groups.
Stamina exercises should be done at least 5 times a week, 20 to 60 minutes. They are irreplaceable in order to reduce body fat levels because burn more calories compared to strength exercises.
In a month you should see your whole body getting slimmer and your cellulite less visible, if you embrace these tips.
